Where do you ship?
We ship to all addresses within Australia, including regional and remote areas.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $79 AUD. Orders under $79 have a flat rate of $9.95.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 8–14 business days of ordering. Remote areas, WA, NT and TAS can take a few days longer. Our products are sent from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, including overseas warehouses, which is how we keep our prices fair. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while your parcel is on its way to Australia.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Some products ship from different warehouses, so items in one order may arrive separately. You're never charged extra shipping for this.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a change-of-mind refund. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used by a pet can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law. My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We're sorry! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. As a rule of thumb, measure your pet from nose to tail base while they're lying down, then add a few centimetres so they have room to stretch out. If you're between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Send us your pet's breed and measurements and we'll help you choose.
How do I clean my pet's bed or mat?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. Many of our beds and mats are machine washable on a gentle cycle.
Are your products safe for my pet?
We choose products made for everyday pet use. As with any new product, supervise your pet when they first use it, and remove any item that becomes damaged or chewed.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify and checkout is fully encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.
